Shipping Policy - Currently we are only sending orders within the UK
We aim to post your items via Royal Mail tracked with signature within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery is normally 3 days. *Please note: There may be delays with Royal Mail due to Covid 19.
Return & Exchange Policy
All goods bought online must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned unused and unworn. Any marks, scent or damage will result in the item being unsaleable. Wherever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging with any product tags/tickets still attached.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We suggest you use an insured & trackable service to return your goods.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt of the items in good condition at our address. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible via your original method of payment. We do not refund original shipping costs.
If an order has been cancelled, refunds will also be processed within 7 working days, providing that we have been notified in writing that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
