ALL DELIVERIES
We aim to post your items if they are in stock via Royal Mail within three working days of receipt of payment, or 7 - 14 days if they are being made to order. Please note: there may be delays due to Royal Mail strikes.
We will make sure our packaging is secure to protect the goods whilst in transit. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage after this point.*This includes those requested to be left in a safe place/ left with neighbours.
UK & CHANNEL ISLES: Royal Mail 1st Class 3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES :
Please note: We are not responsible for the duty on items coming from the UK into your country. Duties and customs tax may apply. You will be responsible for these fees if your country requires it and you wish to take delivery of your order.
EUROPE & REPUBLIC OF IRELAND: 7-10 working days tracked Royal Mail £15 per order. Courier can be also arranged, please contact us for a quote.
USA & CANADA: 10 - 15 working days tracked Royal Mail £25 per order. Courier can be also arranged, please contact us for a quote.
AUSTRALIA: 14 - 20 working days tracked Royal Mail £25 per order. Courier can be also arranged, please contact us for a quote.
REST OF THE WORLD: £30 + per order - price to be discussed according to weight.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS
All goods bought online must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned unused and unworn. Any marks, scent or damage will result in the item being unsaleable. Wherever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging with any product tags/tickets still attached.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We suggest you use an insured & trackable service to return your goods.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt of the items in good condition at our address. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible via your original method of payment. We do not refund original shipping costs.
If an order has been cancelled, refunds will also be processed within 7 working days, providing that we have been notified in writing that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
