KNOCK OUT DROPS COMBINATION ESSENCE
My third exclusive collaboration with Saskia Marjoram of Saskia's Flower Essences. An essential and affordable present for everyone. My teenage godsons are fans (or at least that's what they tell me)!
 
I speak from experience about insomnia having stopped sleeping throughout the night 18 years ago in 1998 during a stressful divorce coupled with my fast developing new business. For many years, sleep has been a far off dream for me, slipping through my fingers just when I needed it most. When I have that rare good nights sleep life feels a whole lot better. We all have to take responsibility for areas in our lives to set us up for a decent night’s sleep BUT we could all do with a bit of extra help sometimes when things play on our mind or when we are over busy. 
 
I put my conundrum to Saskia and she produced this fantastic combination essence! Saskia Marjoram, formerly the Prince of Wales’s florist has been making essences for nearly 20 years. With increased awareness of mental health and natural remedies flower essences are really starting to come into their own. 
 
FYI this essence is taken orally - it is not an essential oil!

Cherry Plum - A soft, calming essence for when you are scared. It brings a feeling of being able to cope without falling apart, of feeling strengthened and in control.
Dandelion Seed - Helps you drift off into Dreamland safe in the knowledge you are deeply connected to earth.
Wild Garlic - Helps bring a feeling of universal support and well being, and a knowing that you are supported on all levels.
